Success for the first certification audit

As part of its continuous improvement, Ixxi confirms its ISO 9001 certification.

Ixxi was audited during two days as part of its annual certification audit. The auditor completed her mission by recommending the demeanor of the certificate ISO 9001 obtained in December 2015. During its restitution, she particularly insisted on the dynamism and the strong implication of Management and the collaborators, making it possible the quality system to be a genuine management tool, directed towards customer satisfaction, the continuous improvement and the economic performance. Thus, it noted only 5 significant points this year (against 8 in 2015) and 4 strong points. Relevant recommendations from the auditor will be integrated in 2017. The success of this first audit is proof that Ixxi's transformation is in right track.

The Zenway screen attracts travelers

92% of travelers are satisfied with ZenWay, the new touch screen for travelers information

Following a satisfaction survey conducted by the BVA institute with about 1,000 travelers who tested the Zenway, 92% of respondents are satisfied with the service, 91% plan to reuse it and 96% recommend it. Imagined by the RATP and designed by its subsidiary Ixxi, the ZenWay gives full satisfaction to all users (Parisians, tourists, casual travelers, etc.). According to 9 users out of 10, it is an easy and intuitive tool. Its technical qualities and the efficiency of the service are considered very satisfactory. 100% of travelers are satisfied with the design, height, lighting and image quality. 96% of respondents are satisfied with the sensitivity of the touchscreen and its rapidity to access information. In total, 83% obtained the required information. The satisfaction survey reveals that ZenWay ensures complementarity with information and sales desks. At stations where a ZenWay screen is installed, the subway and RER A agents serving customers see a reduction in waiting at the information desks. It is accessible to tourists, the elderly or disabled, or children.


ZenWay puts RATP as an innovative company according to 90% of respondents. 99% want the Zenway to be deployed in other stations in Ile-de-France. In agreement with the STIF, 60 screens will be gradually deployed on the Ile-de-France network. 16 screens are already installed at the following stations and stations:

A new service to hail your taxi electronically

Alain Vidalies, Secretary of State for Transport inaugurates the service to order immediately his taxi via his smartphone.

By ordering a taxi with a mobile phone application himself, the Secretary of State for Transport, Alain Vidalies, officially launched the platform "" in Paris on Tuesday, October 4, which allows to hail a taxi with a smartphone. This is especially what Zaléou offers: a free taxi driver application, which now offers an offer in Paris. The development of this offer is based on the launch of the register of availabilities of taxis by the City of Paris and the governmental mission "". Launched in March, Zaléou makes it possible to locate, all over France, 24 hours a day, taxis available nearby and to order immediately from its smartphone the one corresponding to its expectations: taxi company, type and brand of the vehicle, banking terminal, existence of baby seat,... New acquisition for Ixxi

Ixxi acquires Setim, a company specializing in ticketing and fleet management systems.

Ixxi is continuing its development with the acquisition of Setim, which offers innovative solutions for ticketing and fleet management systems, and helps many transport authorities on their ITS solutions.
Established in Saint-Etienne and having a subsidiary in Mexico City, Setim has recognized expertise in:

  • Design and integration of ticketing systems and fleet management systems
  • Project management, consultancy and support services for technological and organizational projects for the urban and interurban transport of passengers, which it provides to small and medium-sized agglomerations.
